Pine Shore Properties, LLC is a boutique real estate brokerage firm serving Lake Conroe and greater Montgomery County. The independent Sales Executive provides the highest level of service to our highly valued clients. In addition to serving the market surrounding Lake Conroe, Pine Shore Properties is the principal broker for Bentwater, the lake's premier master:planned community. Sales Executives provide expert representation to buyers and sellers throughout our region from our home office located on FM xxxx, at the entrance to Bentwater on Lake Conroe. The qualified candidate will possess the following experience and characteristics: - An active Texas Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License in good standing with TREC- A minimum of 3 years experience selling one:to:four family residential homes, lots, custom homes, and unimproved acreage properties. - A proven record of listing and selling productivity- Experience marketing homes and land- Desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth- Comfortable meeting new people and networking to develop a client base- Entrepreneurial mind set and a high degree of self:discipline- Strong work ethic and desire to be successful- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Professional and personable demeanor- Excellent follow:up skills and persistence Job Duties Include: - Becoming an expert on the Lake Conroe real estate market and lifestyle- Oral and written presentations of the Bentwater lifestyle- Networking and relationship building with existing property owners, other Realtors, and prospective clients- Touring clients through Lake Conroe communities- Negotiate contracts- Provide expert level service to Buyer's, through the buying process- Provide expert level service to Sellers, through the selling process- Preparing Comparative Market Analysis Reports for Sellers- Preparing market analysis reports with current, relevant statistics for Buyers- Providing tips to help sellers stage property so that it will appeal to buyers- Advertising listed property to other Realtors and potential buyers- Initiating and participating in broker events and functions- Educating sellers about disclosure requirements- Attending closings with clients- Providing prospective clients with information that can help them identify areas to look for property- Researching competitive resale listings- Helping buyers identify properties that meet their needs- Negotiating purchase agreements with sellers and/or their agents- Verifying that appropriate facts about the property are disclosed to clients- Coordinating various aspects of the closing process on behalf of clients
