EXPERIENCED, BILINGUAL LEASING CONSULTANT NEEDED FOR GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN CONROE Our national multi:family management company seeks a hard:working, bilingual professional with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to join our Conroe team as a leasing consultant on a tax credit community. Our ideal candidate must have at least six months apartment leasing experience or equivalent customer service/sales experience or college degree. Strongly prefer candidate with tax credit leasing experience. Strong attention to detail and sales ability is a must. NALP and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and affordable/tax credit guidelines preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Industry:related software proficiency preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and be able to read, write and speak English. Job expectations include:Leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relationsAssisting with special projects or activities, including but not limited to due diligence, property acquisition/disposition, serving on/or participating in company:sponsored activities or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions, etc. May be assigned bookkeeping duties.
